Kabin History
K & K Kabin is operated and managed by the Kerry Archer Family
LLC. Although the Kabin was completed in May 2005, the land has
been in my family since they began building the lake. My wife Karen
and I decided to build something that would be a nice place to
spend a few days with family and enjoy all there is to see and do
around this area. Western Oklahoma is a much overlooked frontier.

Arrival and Departure: Check-in 3 p.m. Checkout 11 a.m.
Smoking: Totally non-smoking inside facility.
Pets: We regret that we can not accommodate pets.
Payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card.
Deposits: Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit equal to 1 night's stay. Balance
Due on arrival date. Visa and Master Card Accepted
Minimum Stay: On most weekends we have a minimum 2 night stay.
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival will
be refunded the deposit less a $ 10.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 7
days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the deposit amount.

| Nightly Rates The Big House 2 People $100.00 Additional Person $10.00 (up to 4 additional) Cabins 1 & 2 4 People $50.00 Linens are stocked and ready for use so there will not be linen service during your stay unless the stay is longer than 1 week. A $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the Kabin is left dirty. |
